Mamas, if December already feels heavy… here are 5 simple ways to feel better this month
These are tiny, doable things that make a real difference:
1. Start your day with protein instead of sugar
It steadies your energy and cuts the “3 p.m. crash.” Even something simple like eggs, Greek yogurt, or a protein smoothie works.
2. Drink a full glass of water before your coffee
It helps with bloat, headaches, and energy dips especially when we’re tired or overstimulated.
3. Move your body for 5–10 minutes
Not a full workout. Just something gentle: a stretch, a walk, a few deep breaths, a core reset. This alone shifts your mood.
4. Pick one “non-negotiable” for the day
Not a to-do list. Something for you:• shower• 5 minutes of quiet• nourishing lunch• stepping outside. Small things count.
5. Give yourself grace this month
December is overstimulating for so many of us mentally, emotionally and physically. You don’t need perfection. You just need support.
💛 If you want a little more structured support…
I put together a FREE 30-day Mama Wellness Challenge that I’m doing this month inside my community. It's super gentle, alternating nutrition + movement days, and you can start anytime.
Totally free. No strings. Just something I built for mamas who want to feel better without overwhelm.
