Skool has many great things - THIS is my favorite
Last week, I got to visit the Skool HQ. It's a generous and awesome perk of making it to Level 7. I met @Goose Dunlavey @Sam Ovens @Yahya Kazi @Bijan Izadi @Kylee Irwin-Paz and @Nick Guadagnoli From the moment I walked into the doors, I felt at home. What I did not mention to anyone during my visit was that as an introvert, I normally am not a fan of co-working places, so I wasn't expecting to be able to work there. Yet, I was able to get a lot of work done at the Skool HQ -- even created and recorded a 2-hour masterclass for my community during my visit! It is evident how much Sam cares about creating the best experience for everyone on the Skool platform -- whether you are a community owner or member. Everywhere I looked, I could see the attention to detail, the thoughtful exploration and consideration of solutions, the little decisions that were made with the well-being of others in mind. I saw this in the choice of chairs (high-end and comfortable) and desks (adjustable height, easy access to power), the choice of snacks and drinks (healthy and plenty), the set up of the space (functional and allowing for a variety of activity to co-exist), the walls of books, the placement of furniture, the fun and relaxed atmosphere, the choice of music, and sooooo much more! How you do one thing is how you do everything. Who you are in one setting is who you are everywhere. And this brings me to what I love most about Skool: It's heart. Skool has heart. It has a heart that beats for the success of its members. A heart that feels alive when those using it thrive. This, more than anything else, is (in my opinion) at the core of Skool's strength. It's not just at the HQ that this heart is present. Skool's heart shows up in @Alex Hormozi's generosity as he delivers a masterclass every Monday. It shows up in the efficiency with which @Andrew Kirby shares up-to-the-minute information with us. It shows up in @Matthew Thompson's interviews that extract golden nuggets from success stories.
