[FULL GUIDE] How To Grow Your Skool ๐Ÿ“ˆ
I have 650,000 YouTube subscribers, and 11,000 members in my Skool. Here's step by step how Iโ€™d grow my Skool if I had to start again: 1. Warm Outreach 2. 2-Step Post 3. $1.80 Strategy 4. Content // ๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ: ๐–๐š๐ซ๐ฆ ๐Ž๐ฎ๐ญ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐œ๐ก (๐ŸŽ - ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ ๐ฆ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ) Do this 1st because itโ€™s the fastest and easiest way to get your first members. Hereโ€™s a full guide from Hormozi on how to do it. โ˜ ๐ด๐‘๐‘ก๐‘–๐‘œ๐‘› ๐‘ ๐‘ก๐‘’๐‘: Reach out to 10 people // ๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ: ๐Ÿ-๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ (๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ - ๐Ÿ“๐ŸŽ ๐ฆ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ) This is a simple strategy that leverages a loophole in social media algorithms to generate a tonne of attention even without thousands of followers. Do this 2nd because it only takes a few minutes, but can quickly grow your group (if done well). Hereโ€™s a full guide I wrote on how to do it. โ˜ ๐ด๐‘๐‘ก๐‘–๐‘œ๐‘› ๐‘ ๐‘ก๐‘’๐‘: Make a 2-step post on all your socials // ๐’๐ญ๐ž๐ฉ ๐Ÿ‘: $๐Ÿ.๐Ÿ–๐ŸŽ ๐’๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ญ๐ž๐ ๐ฒ (๐Ÿ“๐ŸŽ - ๐Ÿ“๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ ๐ฆ๐ž๐ฆ๐›๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ) The $1.80 strategy is very effective at growing your group. This tactic got me my first 1,000 subscribers, made @Hamza Ahmed his first $1,000 online, and was the strategy @Goose Dunlavey and @Zain Miah used to win The Skool Games. Itโ€™s free, it works even if you have no audience, and it can be used on all of your favourite social sites (Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Reddit, and even Skool). Do this 3rd because itโ€™s simple, you learn a lot, and it works almost all the time. It just requires work. โ˜ ๐ด๐‘๐‘ก๐‘–๐‘œ๐‘› ๐‘ ๐‘ก๐‘’๐‘ 1: Find 5 places online where your target audience spends their attention. It could be online communities, or influencers they follow. โ˜ ๐ด๐‘๐‘ก๐‘–๐‘œ๐‘› ๐‘ ๐‘ก๐‘’๐‘ 2: Join the communities, and follow those influencers on all their socials. Turn on notifications. โ˜ ๐ด๐‘๐‘ก๐‘–๐‘œ๐‘› ๐‘ ๐‘ก๐‘’๐‘ 3: Comment your 2 cents of value 90 times a day. Thatโ€™s where the $1.80 comes from. Creating your own social posts relies on algorithms for reach. If youโ€™re just getting started, itโ€™s hard to make your content good enough to get attention. Start with comments.

"People cancel a product... but they never leave friends"
Retention is THE ONE THING winners are obsessing about in WhatsApp Groups, Masterminds and behind closed doors. In the middle of these conversations, one name keeps coming up again and again: @Calvin Hollywood. He's the secret retention expert Skool Games Winners DM when they need help. He's the mad German scientist who reduced his churn from 50% to 1% in the last few months And now, for the first time ever, he's sharing all his best insights in English. For you. Right now. For free. ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿš€ What were your wins last week?
One of my fav things is to think about the wins, big and small, in biz and personal life from the previous week on sundaysโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ”ฅ It typically fuels me and gets the creativity flowing more to enter the new week with a better footingโ€ฆ If you normally just focus on the losses or โ€œmistakesโ€ I challenge you to try this and see what happens ๐Ÿ˜‰

Grow Elite Tech Sales
I currently drive traffic through Linkedin (7K) and X (7K). My community is growing (slowly) but I'm curious if anyone knows anyone with sales followings I can partner with to drive traffic to my community? Ideally looking to get people into coaching and have advertisers sponsor our newsletter.

The Power of Showing Up ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ
Something that has been super useful to me and can be a great mental tool to save for later! Just show up. That's it. How are you supposed to move forward if you don't open the laptop, open the book or get in the car. Work doesn't care about your feelings. Your business doesn't care about your feelings. Fitness doesn't care. Even those close to you don't care (that much). One of my friends wanted to start losing weight but had never even thought about it before. He was very self conscious and didn't want people looking at him thinking bad things. Eventually, he went to the gym. He didn't go in and lift but just sat in the parking lot. This went on for a week. Building the habit of showing up. Eventually, he got pissed off and went inside. Walked on a treadmill and left. Then he moved on to weights. Then decided to start changing his diet. This man started by sitting in his freaking car and snowballed to losing 120 Lbs. All from just showing up. Sometimes, starting the things that we dread the most can lead to the huge snowball effects that can change the course of our lives. What were some of the best changes you have made in your life that at one point you really didn't want to make?
