Zapier Trigger Request - New Member

Can we get a Zapier Trigger any time a new member joins the community?

The use case I have is tracking client activation. My clients purchase, book an orientation call, sign an agreement, etc. and then get access to login to the training portal. If I have this trigger I can build a nice client onboarding funnel within my CRM to see if any clients are dropping off and need help getting access to program resources.
