What are some membership questions you ask?

Hi Skoolers! Setting up my group and would love to maximize the membership questions feature (among many other things) and was curious to know what questions you guys ask your members.

I figure it would be a bit different than the typical membership questions asked on FB, so curious to know what everybody's come up with!
