Video Preview for uploaded videos - is this a Bug?

I uploaded a few 1-3 min videos today (from the phone) NOT on youtube and all members complaining they have to download them first to view them.

❓ - Is this a BUG?

(I know you can add a link to youtube or loom etc, but what about short videos uploaded directly?)
