Terms Accept Before Group Entry

On discord there are plugins that require people to check a box, or agree to the terms before they are even allowed in the community. Would it be possible to add something similar to groups? My request is simple - Require a student to fill out a small form (give an introduction about why they are here and hobbies etc) to help build on my personal relationship with them.
