Sort Members By Timezone

I think it would be cool for students to be able to see the timezone other members are in so they can connect and make friends that share their timezone. This would be especially useful in groups that recommend getting an accountability partner, or doing role play calls, etc. It could probably be implemented in the bio section, so members can enter their timezone the same way they might enter their Myers-Briggs result or location.
