Remove admins from metrics / assign role

The new metrics feature is really interesting and helpful, but I'm wondering if it's possible to actually remove our employees from that metrics.

In our bigger group 400+ it might not have such a big impact, if 5-7 people are showing up, but in our smaller mastery group >100 this might influence the numbers.

But this probably also means that we would need to assign a certain role to them firsthand.
