Post Categories in a horizontal list just bellow the Community Tab.

Basically, have Categories be a sub-Tab of the Community Tab, instead of digging into the filter.

Also, maybe we can remove the counters from the Categories list, it's overwhelming to see such a big number there. I'm just thinking "omg, 1000+ posts I haven't seen 😵‍💫"
