New features: Improvements to the notifications system + Follow button

Showing more content for notifications — now you can see what your notifications are about without having to click on them. (image 1).

Follow button on post page — now you can follow/unfollow a post with 1-click, and its much more obvious. We separated the "..." action menu from the Follow/Following button too.

Change in auto-following logic — when you create a new post, you'll automatically be following it. When you comment on a post, you wont automatically follow that post, because we've found this leads to excessive notifications for things you're not interested about. You will be notified if somebody replies to your comment, but not if another person comments on the post.

These changes should result in less notifications, for more meaningful things, with more context to know what each one is about, and more meaningful following of posts without getting spammed.

These are just some of the improvements we've got coming to the notifications system! More soon.
