New feature: Now you can set posting permissions for categories
Imagine a category called "Announcements" or "Q&A call recordings". These categories contain posts by admins, but sometimes a member posts their own content in there by mistake. Not anymore!
Now you can set posting permissions for categories. There's two basic options:
1. Anyone can post, anyone can view (default)
2. Admins can post, anyone can view
