Why collecting Emails via Member Questions is not working for me

More than 50% of the group request I get are people who are not filling out the member questions at all. I always send them a dm saying “please fill out the member questions to join the group“ and often I get the answer ”where can I find them?”. Someone also told me, he could not find them on mobile, only on desktop after I send him clear instructions where they should be. Could you try to replicate that issue? It seems that it is not shown to everybody. Funnily everyone has a bio filled it, because it is mandatory. I think it should be the other way around: member ship questions mandatory and bio could be optional, because rarely I find useful information in there. I am now switching to the model, where I first let them sign in my newsletter and then send them to skool. Collecting the email via the member question is not really working for me. Also because of that I will make my group private (instead of public), so the only way they can get in is my newsletter optin.
