What's up?

I currently run 4 paid communities, am involved in two and the MRR is currently around 20K/month.

Here's a valuable lesson if you have a paid community.

Keep checking how many members “cancel the membership”

Then write them a DM.

You can then offer these members a lifetime membership as a downsell. It is a one-time payment, which you will probably have to process manually at the moment.

There are always people who want to leave the community because they don't feel comfortable with a subscription. This is especially the case in Germany.

With a lifetime deal that corresponds to around 4 to 5 months, around 80% of those we offered said yes.
