Leaderboard Incentives - Any ideas?

Do you offer leaderboard incentives?

If so, what are they?

I'm thinking of offering:

1-1 Coaching Call (Top Level)
Case Study Bonus (Show students a live example of what's working now in our field)

I'd thought of sending merch (hats, tshirts etc) but I don't think it really adds value to students lives'
