So I'm planning on making a free coaching program where I offer a 1:1 action plan call to the all members as a lead magnet to then convert people onto a paid coaching program down the line.

IS this a bad idea?

I'm 100% aware that the process is more time consuming than just having an evergreen course people could watch.
