Help with Transitioning FB group Members to Free Skool Group Funnel

One of my objectives for the quarter is to transition as many of my 1k FB group members over to my free Skool group funnel.

This is the process:

Post in FB group telling members about the new Skool community group through a short Loom video and that I'm looking for a limited number of beta testers to try out the course/community in the Skool group in return for feedback that can later be used in marketing the Skool group. Using scarcity here is key. Ask people to comment on the post and reply to everyone who comments which will spark the algo. Set a target number and let them know that once you hit the limit for your first cohort of testers you won't be taking on new members. For people who request access after you've hit the limit publicly let them know that you've reached your current target but you'll put them on a waiting list for the next cohort. This gives a feeling of exclusivity which increases the perceived value.

After a few weeks comment on the post again announcing that you're now looking for a second cohort of testers. You can repeat this process until you've exhausted the demand.

Message everyone in your group (or task a VA) letting them know about the group. Here's the message we're using:

'Hi *NAME* hope you're well. Just going through a select number of members of my 'New Age Advisor' Facebook group to let you know that I'm shifting it over to a new platform called ‘Skool.’ There's a classroom area with a course in there too with £1000’s worth of value The idea is to build a community of FS firms looking to scale to 6 and 7 figures. I’m limiting the numbers in there to keep the community focused on quality over quantity. Send me your email if you'd like an invite & I'll fire one over. D'

My next plan is to email my list and set up Linkedin automation to let my connections there know about the Skool group and make some FB reels and a YouTube video.
