Group description character count limit too long

Hi there, is there any way to stop the "typing" when the group description hits 120 characters? I was able to write out my whole description and then was told "it was too long". I feel it would be easier if I wasn't allowed to type anymore "like a tweet" then have to count my characters.

So rather than typing the whole description it would stop it mid-sentence becau (it was too long)
