Granting a course error

Hi, when I try to invite a new member to join the group and have selected multiple courses to give access, it doesn't show up on their end. They only have access to one course and the other ones says "You don't have access to this course". I've tested it with multiple email address to see if my selections are wrong but it still doesn't grant other courses despite me selecting all the courses when I send the invite.
