Giving away FREE coaching calls as a lead magnet (YES? or NO?)

Hey everyone!

Hope you're having a splendid week so far.

I'm in the process of building out a free community/mastermind group and I was thinking about allocating a specific period of time, let's say 30 days to strictly offer FREE 30-minute coaching calls to the first 500 people that are joining this mastermind community.

I really want some of you guys to give your opinion on something like this.

From my end, I can see both the pros and cons.

I would say that it's definitely beneficial to build a strong bond and then make sure your mastermind community is actually engaged and stoked to be in that group and then in the long term these people would have no problem spending multiple 4 figures on the actual coaching program.

That's how I see it.

But I do also see how time-consuming this can be from the perspective that you are not earning direct cold cash from doing this.
