Feedback: Don't show "Hasn't answered membership questions"

If someone was in my group prior to them being able to answer the membership Q's, it doesn't make sense to show me this message in bold - especially since there is no way for me to send them the membership Q's to answer now.

It would look way cleaner and make more sense to just not show this message - or at least give me the option to prompt them to answer the Q's now that they're in.
