Custom/manual adjustments to points?

Hey guys! Might be worth considering a feature that allows us to manually add/remove points from people, so we can further gamify things within our program.

For example, inside my program I'm looking to introduce gamification but I'd like to let people accumulate points by:

Attending calls
Signing new clients
Filling out our weekly feedback form
Completing action steps
Sending us referrals

...and so on.

I think it would be REALLY powerful if the admins could go into the leaderboard tab and +/- people's points. The current feature is great, but I think further functionality could enhance engagement and accountability even more.
