Could we have "Pinned Module" a la "Pinned Post" feature, please?
I have been madly trying to figure out how to implement the community-wide "Current Topic/Module" design element with Skool.
My 1 yr course is a mastermind of a kind combined with video lectures and weekly meetups. We are on a particular topic at any given point in time, and new people also join in that topic. Weekly calls are also around the same topic.
Short of giving up on that key delivery strategy, I think I have thought of an elegant solution to this. I might release my whole year of curriculum, videos and exercises to all my students. And if I have a Pinned Module (just like I have pinned post), it would indicate what is "Currently Live" in my course conversations. So when people go over to Classroom, they would know what Admin recommends they take on at any given time. I suppose we would let students go where ever else they want to go in the curriculum by watching videos, but we will manage the live conversations on the current topic by Pinned Module and Calendar features. We will likely also Pinned Post of the same with some comments.
The "Pinned Module" feature would be a switch under Module Edit mode that could be flipped on. If Pinned switch is on, then the Video display area will show that module instead of where user was. If two pinned posts then the system picks up the latest pinned by admin. To solve this it could also be implemented at Course Level as a drop down option of all modules. User can only pick one Pinned Module that then shows up in the video player area.
