Completed 1 Million Subscribers...Plan to use it for organic marketing next!

We just completed 1 MN Subscribers on Youtube, and in just the last 15 days, we have 15,000 more subscribers, which means the methods 'do' work.

Well, one of the challenges was that our youtube channel falls under the niche of 'social awareness', which is very different from our courses/consulting niche (on hacking youtube growth and leveraging it organically for business growth). But then, we have created a layer of a free programme, i.e. mentorship, which we promote on our youtube channel and from mentoring, we nurture and segment our leads for the relevant offers.

Looking forward to using our youtube channel now to identify leads for our flagship course on 'hacking youtube growth and leveraging it for business growth and to get them into our free community on skool
