Hi Nick, I have a client who says he's gotten locked out of the Skool platform. This has happened 3 times over the past few weeks. I keep inviting him back in and it works for a while, but he invariable emails me a week or so later and says he's been locked out again. This is not happening with any of my other clients, so I'm trying to figure out the problem. Can you tell me what might be the issue here so I can resolve it? Thanks!
