Bonus points

Maybe there's a way we can have bonus points every time people reach 100 points. I was just thinking of ways to motivate people not just to get to the prizes, but to feel like there was a way to make it a little more attainable and to reward them just for getting more points. I'm currently in 2nd place for the accelerator, and the girl above me is #1, but she's so far ahead by hundreds of points that I feel she deserves an extra prize or points or something. I feel like people that put in that much work deserve something a little extra opposed to getting the same prize if they were only 1 point ahead of 2nd place. I'm thinking reward them for their work efforts, not just for their results ya know?
