Admin Gem Removal

Hey, I read a few previous posts about this but haven't seen one in awhile because maybe no one has run into this issue yet. I had an Admin give gems to a lot of members not realizing the value of what the gem represents. Would there be any possibility of revoking gems and potentially a notification/warning for an admin trying to remove a gem/rewarding one. Probably a notification to the user that lost the gem to as for an explanation as to WHY the gem was revoked.
