adding content to top and bottom of a course

when we add a module - it defaults to the bottom of a set or course. But, sometimes we want to add a module to the top of a course right away as it is an ongoing update course - so we want the latest at the top. With a course that has a lot of modules, it becomes cumbersome to have to drag each new module to the top after creating it. Video below. Solution seems easy enough.
