Hey everyone,
Happy start of the week! Just a few quick updates and reminders to keep everything running smoothly.
𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
You can always post about your events in the feed—premium membership isn’t required for that. However, to get your events in the calendar and included in the Weekly Bulletin, you do need to be a premium member.
𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀
Please don’t delete your posts unless you absolutely can’t hold your event. Past events should stay where they are—it keeps the calendar and links working correctly. If you need to cancel an event, just let me know so I can update the calendar. This is especially important for recurring events.
𝗧𝗶𝗻𝘆 𝗨𝗥𝗟𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
Some of you might notice tiny URLs in your event descriptions. These are simply links back to your post in the feed so attendees can access all the details. There’s nothing tricky about them—it’s just to make your events more visible and informative.
𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸𝗹𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻
We’ve made it simple: the latest editions of the School Events Weekly Bulletin are now all in one classroom. No need to scroll or search—just head there and you’ll see the latest edition at the top.
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀
We love our browsers and want more of you! To make it easier for you, let me know the types of events you’re interested in. I can then tag you immediately when something relevant comes in, saving you from scrolling and searching.
𝗕𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝘁
I’m opening up my calendar more to chat with as many of you as possible. This helps me get to know you, your interests, and your community so I can tag and connect you with relevant people and events. I’ll include a booking link in this post to make it super easy. Book here for a chat
𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
Our referral competition is still running weekly! This week, Claire won and gets a full page in the Weekly Bulletin to promote herself, her community, or her events. The best way to get referrals? Simply share the Weekly Bulletin. You have a full week to create your post after winning, so there’s no pressure.
If you have any questions, feel free to DM me—I try to respond quickly, with premium members getting priority. If you’re interested in premium membership, check out the plan and make the most of the benefits. Find out about premium here.
Catch you all soon!Toodles
