Hey loves. How are you all doing? Seriously? Share what’s going on for you below. It’s a winter wonderland here in Austria .. absolutely magical. It’s great to have a taste of winter before I head off to India next week where I am really excited to guide and share lots of breathwork in a stunning retreat center
I recently re-subscribed to the 9T Library—yes, I do happily pay the $200/month for access—and I am so glad I did. The library has expanded massively. There are now so many different voices guiding the journeys, and the journeys themselves have evolved with incredible depth, richness, and spiritual resonance.
The music has also shifted in a way that’s much more aligned with my taste—so if you’re sensitive to sound and energy, you’re going to love it too.
And… a little update from my side. While I’m in Goa, I’ll be sharing lots of live sessions. I’ll also be dropping these sessions directly into the calendar in real time so you can join and practice with me.
I’m not fully sure about the timing yet, but my intention is to offer something every day.
If you have a preferred time or something specific you’d love me to offer, please let me know—I can often weave it in especially for you.
And please tell me how this sounds to you. I always feel more inspired and creatively alive when I know the work is being received and when I sense your excitement to practise together.
