Hey team π
Quick straight talk so weβre all on the same page.
Over the last couple of months Iβve been exploring different ways to help:7βday challenge, free trainings, and planning a 90βday highβticket cohort.
I did 7 sales calls for that cohort and 5 people said yes. That told me the offer was good and it would sell.
At the same time, two things became obvious:
- Delivering a serious 90βday cohort the way Iβd want to do it would eat a ton of time and energy.
- The highestβleverage thing I can build for Skool owners is Commozi β the Revenue OS for Skool, not another coaching program.
I misjudged how much time the cohort would pull away from actually building the tool. If I try to coach at a high level and build Commozi, Iβll do both at 50%. Iβd rather build one thing worldβclass.
So hereβs the move:
- Iβm not launching the 90βday cohort.
- Iβm going allβin on Commozi: Skoolβnative CRM, advanced analytics, unified chat inbox, sales pipelines, DM automations
- This community is now the home base for people who own or operate Skool communities and want to see Commozi come to life.
What this means for you:
- Iβll keep sharing Skool strategies, breakdowns and what Iβm learning from other Skool owners as I build.
- As Commozi launches, this will be the first place to get: early access implementation support, feature updates, and case studies from Skool owners using it to grow revenue.
If you want to stay, awesome, keep using this as a space to talk Skool and business. Post your questions, wins, and especially any Skool problems you think a tool could solve. That feedback is gold for what Iβm building.
If you were mainly here for coaching, totally fair if this isnβt the right fit anymore. No hard feelings.
Iβm committed to making Commozi the default revenue brain for Skool. That means I have to protect my focus and build like crazy for the next few weeks.
If youβre a Skool owner or growth operator and you want to be part of this, youβre in the right room. Get early access to Commozi here. π Drop a comment with your #1 Skool frustration that a tool could solve, Iβm reading everything.
