- Buyer Representation $700k: We finished negotiating the Resolution of Unacceptable Items yesterday and are just waiting for the appraisal to be ordered.
- Buyer Representation $1,150,000: Newer contract. Title Commitment, Inspection, and Due Diligence review will be done today.
- Buyer Representation: $1,850,000: Newer contract: Title Commitment, Inspection, and Due Diligence review will be done today.
- Seller Represenation $1,365,000, Buyer unrepresented: Waiting for closing.
- Buyer Representation $975,000: Waiting for closing.
- Lease Listing: Showing a property at 3pm to a prospective tenant.
- Seller Representation $3,153,000: Following up with a prospective Buyer that we showed a property to last week.
