Ok, so today is my dad’s 2nd year anniversary of his death due to colon cancer. I would have thought that since I know we are souls and we never die just the human body does it would be easier but it’s not. Here's a first for me!! I've never really felt anything in a meditation before, so this is exciting to me! 😄🎉 I was meditating today to a guided meditation for connecting with your higher self. In this meditation, there were 2 spots that had you ask your higher self if there was anything they wanted to share with you. The first time I had the feeling of flying and then kind of doing a loop-de-loop in the sky. After doing that, I just had the feeling that it meant taking a leap of faith. I started to tear up because I felt "I'm always with you". The second time we were prompted to ask, I saw an image of a bird and the feeling of being told to FLY. After coming out of the meditation, I felt a heavy presence around me (literally felt like I had my hood up on my sweatshirt) and then became extremely nauseous for like 5 minutes.
