CHWs & Community Ambassadors — Opportunity in Fulton County, Georgia!
Hey everyone! I wanted to share a great opportunity for anyone who lives in Fulton County, GA or provides services there.
Morehouse School of Medicine’s Boost Up Fulton program is offering a Trusted Community Health Messenger Training, and participants receive a $100 incentive for completing the 2–2.5 hour session.
It’s perfect for CHWs, outreach workers, or anyone involved in community health education.
🌟 What You’ll Learn:
- Motivational interviewing
- Using bridging statements for sensitive conversations
- Basics of vaccine science
- How to identify misinformation
- How to help others evaluate health info properly
👥 Requirements:
- Must be a Community Ambassador or CHW
- Must live in Fulton County OR serve Fulton County residents
- Passion for sharing accurate health information
💰 Incentive: $100 for full participation⏱ Training Time: 2–2.5 hours
