My favourite type of list growth is paid list growth – where I get paid upfront to speak, teach, train or facilitate – to people who have paid to be there, because they're part of someone else's program, course or mastermind.

FYI, I have received a range of compensations, from $1000 for a day, to $300-$600 per hour, to a "honorarium" payment of just $50. In some cases, I also receive affiliate payment to promote.
