For inbound calls, we typically assign 1 DID per campaign. The number of DIDs per campaign depends on its size and the number of agents dialing.
Right now, we’re assigning 1 DID per campaign, which routes inbound calls to all agents. However, for larger campaigns, we scale the number of DIDs accordingly:
- 1 agent → 1 DID
- 5 agents → 1 DID
- 10 agents → 2-3 DIDs
- 20 agents → 5 DIDs
All DIDs can be set to ring for all agents, allowing any available agent to answer.
