I am a 51 year old neurodivergent woman. I love fitness in general, triathlon more specifically. I am a walking encyclopedia on achieving optimal fitness performance and health through targeted nutrition. Honestly, I must have been a cat in a previous life; 6 to 8 small balanced meals a day is the best way to maintain energy and fuel your muscles and your brain appropriately, and that’s how felines should be fed.
