  • Write 3 things you’re releasing—burn, tear, or bury the paper. Let it be final.
  • Eat something symbolic (grapes, blueberries, honey, warm tea). Receive abundance gently.
  • Light a candle at midnight and sit in silence for 60 seconds. No wishing. Just presence.
