Asking for resume feeback!

Hey all! I haven't gone over the resume tips that the insiders group offers just yet. I wanted to get feedback on the current resume. I've been getting interviews using it, but I'm sure there's more I can do. I don't necessarily tailor my resume, I usually tailor the jobs I'm applying for to my current resume. This cuts down my applying time to only about an hour a day rather than rewriting my resume for every job.

Any feedback you have on form and content would help. I'm also wondering, specifically, about tying the tech I use to the bullet points in addition to listing my skills. Example would be "Created webhook ingestion system using TypeScript, Node, Rest APIs, and DynamoDB." I've heard to do that and not to do that and I'm wondering what the community thinks.
