Full-Body AMRAP Challenge
Goal: Test endurance, total-body control, and consistency.
(AMRAP = As Many Rounds As Possible)
Warm-Up (5 min)
  • Jumping jacks × 45 s
  • Arm circles × 15 each direction
  • Walking lunges × 10 each leg
  • Inchworm walkouts × 5
  • Plank hold × 20 s
Main Circuit (20 min) – AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 min)
  1. 15 bodyweight squats
  2. 10 push-ups
  3. 10 walking lunges each leg
  4. 10 sit-ups
  5. 30 mountain climbers
  6. 20 jumping jacks
Cool-Down (5 min)
Forward fold → Hip stretch → Shoulder stretch → Breathing focus
