Warm-Up (5 min)
Jog in place → Jumping jacks → Dynamic lunges → Arm swings → Squat pulses
HIIT Rounds (20 min)
Work 40 s, rest 20 s, 4 total rounds
- Jump lunges
- Burpees
- Push-up jacks
- Skater hops
- High knees
- Plank jacks
Cool-Down (5 min)
Walking → Shoulder rolls → Hamstring stretch → Deep breathing
