- World’s greatest stretch × 5 each side
- 90/90 hip flow × 10
- Down dog to low lunge to reach overhead × 5 each side
- Standing single-leg balance reach × 8 each leg
- Cat–cow + thread the needle × 6 each side
- Pigeon stretch hold × 30 s each
