Mobility + Balance Flow
Goal: Improve balance, flexibility, and recovery.
Warm-Up (3 min)March → Shoulder rolls → Gentle neck circles
Mobility Flow (20 min)
  1. World’s greatest stretch × 5 each side
  2. 90/90 hip flow × 10
  3. Down dog to low lunge to reach overhead × 5 each side
  4. Standing single-leg balance reach × 8 each leg
  5. Cat–cow + thread the needle × 6 each side
  6. Pigeon stretch hold × 30 s each
Cool-Down (7 min)Child’s pose → Seated fold → Deep breathing → Legs up wall
