Plinko
At the request of a customer at the Green Market, I have been designing a Plinko game. To say its been a learning process is an understatement. At this point I'm practicing prototype 3.0, due to a couple of the inlays failing due to I think is hydrolic lock, because 4 of them didn't fully seat into the pockets. I hammered them down with my rubber & plastic head HD mallet and thought they were all the way in because they stopped going down. Unfortunately, they were 1/4" shy of bottoming out in the pockets, so when the bit came across on the last clear out pass, it cut away the last part of the letters and numbers.
Now, I'm gonna test using epoxy on my practice Plinko board to fill in the .875" pockets. I believe that will work fine, but that failure of the inlays did help me see a couple of other issues that I missed.
