How do you get negatives off your report I have paid multiple different company’s to remove negative items and the bureaus won’t do it they always come back and say the items were verified by the creditor and will remain on my report

I have been going through the videos, but not sure where to begin. I have reached out to my coach/assistant, but haven't got any communication back yet.
