The first time is always the hardest...
Let's be real, managing your first cloud migration project can feel like being an astronaut on their first mission. You have all this training and knowledge about project management, but you are not entirely sure what to expect once you launch.
It's a new environment with its own unique challenges. How do you handle scope creep when the cloud environment is so flexible? What about the ever-present security considerations that don't come up in a typical on-premises project? And what do you do about your team when some of them are comfortable with the cloud and others aren't?
I have been there myself, and I know how much easier it is when you have other project managers to talk to who have been in the same situation. That's what this community is for. So let's get the conversation started.
