We're hiring US-based phone setters for a personalized real estate offer. US callers only — you must be able to call from a US number.

Deals range from $2,000 to $7,000–$10,000. This isn't a generic script — you'll get qualified leads with full details on each one, so every call is researched and personalized.

What you'll do: Dial real estate project owners, have great conversations, and book them onto calls. A dedicated closer handles the closing — your job is booked appointments.

We're looking for:

Based in the US, calling from a US number

Strong communication skills

Real outbound sales experience

Quality over quantity — 5 solid conversations should get you 1 booking

Details:

2–3 hours/day, anytime between 1 PM–9 PM CST

10% commission on closed deals

Fully remote
