Family! I hope everyone enjoy their Thanksgiving. Tomorrow we are back at it for COPET Mastery Mondays, and boy do I have a fun topic for yall tomorrow.
Tomorrow’s topic will be “Tone Shaping Through the Hands”, and I will be using two of my favorite pieces to explain the concept: Franz Liszt’s Libestraume no. 3 and Fredric Chopin’s Polonaise in A Major. Tone shaping is an essential part of learning piano through the COPET Method (Composer Oriented Piano Expression and Technique Method).
After the masterclass I will be having an open Q&A session where you can ask me anything you want regarding repertoire, piano technique, piano mindset, and composition. Join the masterclass tomorrow at 8PM EST live inside the Cliff’s Keys to Mastery!
