Watching me go through something real,

something heavy,

yet getting angry when I speak my truth—

that is weird behavior.

You document my breaking

instead of offering a hand.

You collect moments of pain

like evidence, not concern.

I am allowed to express my situation.

I am allowed to feel.

Your discomfort with my honesty

does not make me wrong.

Loyalty does not weaponize suffering.

It does not silence pain

to protect a false image.

If my truth makes you angry,

look inward—

because love never fears the truth. ❤️
