Anthropic released a 30-minute masterclass on Claude Code, and if you're building with AI, you should watch it.
The key mindset shift: Claude Code isn't autocomplete, it's an autonomous developer that explores your codebase, plans a strategy, executes changes, and verifies its own work. You stop typing code. You start directing outcomes.
The trick most people miss: give it feedback loops. Unit tests, screenshots, integration tests. Without them, Claude guesses. With them, it iterates to near-perfect in 2-3 cycles.
The file that changes everything: CLAUDE.md. A project-specific doc where you store architecture decisions, common commands, and lessons learned. Check it into source control and every teammate benefits from one person's setup.
Boris, the creator of Claude Code, also shared his personal setup. Surprisingly vanilla. No heavy customization. It works great out of the box.
