Hey mamas, I wanted to share something supportive I’m hosting this month in case it helps anyone here.
December is such a beautiful season… but it’s also the month where so many of us feel stretched thin. School events, holiday parties, sugar everywhere, late nights, and a level of mom-load that honestly sneaks up fast.
And if you’re anything like me, it’s easy to get to the end of the month feeling tired, bloated, stressed, or just not like yourself.
That’s why I created a December Mama Wellness Challenge inside my community.
It's not a restrictive plan or a “diet challenge. It’s simply a gentle way to support your body through the holidays things like:
• small nutrition upgrades
• 10-minute movements
• hydration
• grounding
• weekly reflection
• tiny habits that actually fit into real mom life
The whole vibe is enjoy the holidays, feel good in your body, and avoid that “I need a complete detox in January” spiral.
