This isn’t a coaching program built around me giving advice nonstop. It’s real people from all walks of life who’ve been there, are there, or are rebuilding, offering the kind of support friends and family can’t always give.
Share your situation, ask questions, and get grounded perspective without judgment. You’ll also get simple, practical posts + resources on manipulation, emotional control, gaslighting, blame shifting, guilt tactics, push-pull cycles, and boundaries.
Live group sessions Tuesdays at 7 PM Central for open discussion and Q&A. I’m not a therapist and this isn’t therapy, I’m a friend in your corner helping you slow down, see it clearly, and choose your next step.
